Good ol' family fun

Babies at this age are so entertaining. I took this video last night of Marc and Truman. Sorry for the shaking, I couldn't keep from laughing. His face at the end is priceless. You will need the sound on and turned up to be able to hear him.

This is one of Truman's favorite things to do when he is rolling around in his walker. He will just hold on to these knobs forever. So cute!

Two Teeth

We are finally happy to report that Truman's teeth are coming in. All of that drooling for four months wasn't for naught it seems. He actually has three teeth. One on the top and two on the bottom. It's hard to get a picture of a baby showing his teeth, so that's why it looks like I am man handling him. This picture was only the fiftieth attempt

Sitting Up

Recently we went to Truman's six month well visit. His doctor is very pleased with how he looks and his growth chart. He is now 19 pounds and 27 3/4 inches. He is hanging around the 80th percentile for his age for height and weight. So, it's looking like he will be a linebacker rather than a basketball player when he grows up. Besides sitting up, he is also becoming more vocal. He talks to me a lot during the day. "Ba ba ba ba" and "Bwup" are his phrases of choice.

On the Roll.

Truman must have had a growth spurt last weekend because his feet can now touch the floor when he is in his walker. We put him in it last night and he started scooting back for the first time. I can't believe how big he is getting. My little baby is walking (well sort of).

Happy Easter

We hope everyone had an enjoyable Easter. Truman got his first Easter basket full of treats. Of course for the first couple of years he gets one just for the photo op. Mom and Dad are really the ones who get to enjoy the treats.

The chocolate bunny was delicious!

6 Months Old!

Truman is doing awesome! He is growing so well and makes us laugh all the time. He has a great sense of humor as you can see from the picture. Truman's aunt Lori and cousin Aunna went to Disneyland a couple of weeks ago and brought him back his very own Mickey hat complete with his name embroidered on the back. He loves it.
Other things he is doing these days include: Standing up in his walker, singing along with the tunes that his toys make, harassing Minnie (grabbing any body part he can), and of course lots and lots of drooling.
We are waiting for the first tooth to pop, but it hasn't yet. We will keep you posted.
